I arrived here last Friday and ever since I have been having a great time. Michael and Andrew are great hosts and they are really taking very good care of me.
The apartment is smack in the middle of Causeway Bay , which is in the middle of shopping heaven. …. Just the right spot for me.
Saturday morning we took the over 100year old tram up to the Peak. Which allows breathtaking views of the city of Hong Kong , and even quiet places to exist on this busy island, I discovered when we took a nice walk town from the peak through lush tropical woods.
There are soooo many impressions I have had already here in HK, to name and explain them all would just take tooo long. So here it is in a nutshell.
HK a city full of people, food, lights, noise, smell, colors, tastes, architecture, massage, shopping, double Decker trams, markets with flowers, birds, goldfish, food, clothes, jade at night and at day, nunneries, parks, waterfront, sun, mountains, shops over shops.
I am planning on posting some pics very soon …already took sooooo many.
I still have the quieter places on my schedule, like Lantau, Shek O or Cheung Chau. So I keep you posted. XOXO Sabine
